Exhibit Hall Opening Ceremony ($6,000)
Sole sponsorship secures the opening of the exhibit hall at the ceremony on October 5-6, 2008 in Grapevine, Texas. Your company will make arrangements and pay the hotel for hors d'oeuvres, snacks and/or beverages for approximately 600 conference attendees. Community of Learners Cafe ($1,500)
Sponsorship secures snacks and coffee for two invited networking sessions. This special event was created for attendees, speakers, and exhibitors of the Educator Wellness Conference as a networking opportunity.
Sole sponsorship secures tote bags with your camera-ready company logo and the Educator Wellness Conference logo. Each registered participant will receive a tote bag filled with sponsored literature, the conference program and other "conference goodies!"

Sponsorship (20 sponsorships available) each attendee will receive a tote bag containing conference materials as well as sponsors handouts. Sponsorship secures Educator Wellness Conference staff to "stuff" each bag with your literature/pen at a cost of $500 for up to 600 pieces.
Web-link referral (Free or $50)
A complimentary link to your website on the Educator Wellness Conference website will be provided should you exhibit. We ask that you also provide a link on your website to the Educator Wellness Conference homepage. If you choose not to exhibit, you can still sponsor the conference for only $50 by sending us your webpage and logo and we will add your link on our website.

Sponsorship secures a portion of the continental breakfast for conference attendees at a specific time in the morning. Continental breakfast will be served by the hotel for all participants of the conference.

Sponsorship secures a coffee break for conference attendees at a specific time in the morning. Coffee, decaf, and tea will be served by the hotel for all participants of the conference.
