Dr. Tania R. White, founder and president of Educator Well-Health, Inc., is a native of Fort Worth, attending elementary, junior high and high school in the city. She attended Prairie View A & M University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, a Master of Education degree in Counseling and a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership from University of Phoenix. Dr. White has worked as an engineer in Houston, Texas, has taught secondary mathematics and has been a secondary school counselor over the last 13 years. Dr. White was an active member at Prairie View A & M University in the national honorary band sorority, Tau Beta Sigma Sorority, Inc. and she is currently an active member of the National Pan-Hellenic Council's sorority, Delta Sigma Theta, Inc.

Dr. White’s focus has been to help educators cope effectively within their stressful environments, with her company’s main objective centering the idea of the educator being the most important asset an educational school system has. Educator Well-Health, Inc. has become an aggressive aggregate for insuring that the educator is taken care of and learns how to manage stress and develop good health and wellness habits. The company’s vision entails planning and orchestrating stress management and wellness programs that can be implemented within all schools. The program design will have the educator in mind by being easily accessible for educators to take part in. Dr. White's ultimate goal of Educator Well-Health, Inc. is to show how stress management and wellness programs can fit within the educational realm and will strive to bring the best, most informative program presenters in one location so educators can learn how to implement stress management and wellness within their educational environments.
