​Be A Presenter

Dear Potential Presenter:

If you use successful health and wellness strategies, methods, or best practices that you want to share, we invite you to submit to become a presenter at The Organizational Wellness Conference 2025.

Presenters who can describe or demonstrate innovative uses of health and wellness in their sessions are encouraged to submit proposals. Presentations that focus on practical use in a health and wellness program for workplace settings are especially considered, as well as interactive sessions.

We accept one hour presentations from companies who have reserved and paid for a program or magazine advertisement.

We also will accept one 1 hour presentation from companies who are not exhibiting but commit to an Organizational Wellness Conference sponsorship of $5,000 or more

Educator Well Health, Inc. is pleased to offer discounted registration for each accepted Lead presenter.  Travel and lodging will be the responsibility of the presenter(s). 

 **Note**All session presenters and co-presenters are required to register for the conference. ​
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for professionals in the areas of health and wellness, Researchers and Leaders in the fields of health, wellness, as well as Professional Educational Leaders willing to lead in this new paradigm of change to health and wellness.

Please provide a concise description of the presentation, written from a third-person perspective. Be sure to specify the target audience within the description. Keep in mind that your presentation should be as interactive and experiential as possible. 
This conference is particularly timely as we strive to build a more connected and supportive community. The principles of fostering engagement – including clear communication, opportunities for growth, recognition, and a sense of belonging – are fundamental to the well-being and long-term commitment of our faculty, students, and families. The conference agenda promises to delve into these critical areas, offering practical strategies and best practices for (Please select the strand your presentation fits within):
Strand One:
  • Enhancing Faculty and Staff Engagement: Discovering methods to cultivate a supportive and engaging work environment that reduces burnout and fosters a sense of value, directly impacting retention.
Strand Two:
  • Boosting Student Engagement and Belonging: Learning strategies to create a more inclusive and engaging learning environment that encourages student retention and fosters a strong connection to our institution.
​Strand Three:
  • Strengthening Family Engagement and Partnerships: Exploring ways to build meaningful relationships with families, fostering their engagement in the educational process and strengthening their long-term connection with our organization.
Strand Four:
  • Developing Holistic Wellness Initiatives: Understanding how to integrate well-being initiatives that support the engagement and retention of all stakeholders.
Attending this conference will equip attendees with the knowledge and resources to:
  • Develop targeted engagement strategies: Attendees will gain practical insights and tools to design initiatives that specifically address the engagement needs of faculty, students, and families.
  • Implement best practices for retention: Attendees will learn effective strategies to foster a sense of belonging and commitment, ultimately improving retention rates across all stakeholder groups.
  • Strengthen communication and collaboration: The conference will offer opportunities to learn how to enhance communication and build stronger partnerships between the organization, faculty, students, and families.
  • Bring back innovative ideas and resources: Attendees will gather valuable materials and best practices that can be shared with colleagues to enhance our overall engagement and retention efforts.
