Cancellations and Refunds
More than 30 days, refund O.K.: A cancellation received in writing by Educator Well-Health, Inc. more than 30 days in advance of the conference will receive a refund, less a $85 processing fee.
Less than 30 days, send a substitute: EWH, Inc. encourages individuals and school districts to send a substitute for a participant who learns he or she will not be able to attend the conference during the month prior to the scheduled conference. Refunds are not available within 30 days of the start date for each conference.
No-show, no refund: Registered and paid participants who do not attend are not eligible for a refund. We encourage you to send a substitute from your site.
Cancellation by Educator Well-Health, Inc.: EWH, Inc. reserves the right to cancel breakout sessions due to low enrollment. Participants registered for cancelled sessions will be contacted by telephone or e-mail, and may choose an alternate session or receive a full refund.
Less than 30 days, send a substitute: EWH, Inc. encourages individuals and school districts to send a substitute for a participant who learns he or she will not be able to attend the conference during the month prior to the scheduled conference.
